In Network Marketing You Must Start With The End in Mind

In order to achieve network marketing success you must work your business from the back to the front. In other words and you’ve heard it before, you must begin with the end in mind. Take a look at the compensation plan or marketing plan from your company and begin immediately building your business with the top or leading position in mind. Once you begin to understand exactly what the qualifications are you have to work to make it happen.

Network Marketing Success Starts With Understanding the Comp Plan

Understand that when you decide to work your business from the top position down, you have made the first step that would put you on the path to reaching it. There is a saying, and the first time I heard it, I was at leadership training with Gloria Mayfield Banks, a top producing National with Mary Kay and Joanne Barnes, another top producing Mary Kay National and that saying is, “Inherent in the seed of the tree is the tree.” What it means is simply this: Before a tree is planted, it is a seed, but when you plant the seed in the soil, is it not already a large oak tree?

Indeed, it is. Even before it was watered and it bloomed, it was a tree, but in the form of a seed, most people can’t see it as being a large beautiful oak tree that will provide lots of shade. Based on this analogy, isn’t that seed (you) already at the top position of the plan? The answer is Yes. When you decide to go all the way to top, you must begin to act as if you’re already there. You already are who you were meant to be or who you’re going to be. It’s just a matter of you deciding to walk in your destiny.

When you think about it from that perspective, you’re already a National Vice President or Regional Vice President or Sr. RVP  or whatever that top position is in your marketing plan and resources from the best push notifications company could help a lot with  messages and alerts for marketing notifications. It  doesn’t matter whether the documentation has caught up with you or not, that shouldn’t stop you from beginning to act like that top performer.

Network Marketing Success Leaves Clues

If there is someone currently at the top position in your network marketing company, begin to model that person. The beauty about this industry is that you do not have to re-invent the wheel, you can just look at the actions of those who have already made it and duplicate their success. And when you duplicate them, you have to duplicate just about everything.

Ask yourself, what kind of car does the top producer drive? What kind of clothes do they wear? How do they speak? What kinds of things do they constantly talk about or promote? Pay close attention to these factors because success leaves clues all over the place and you want to pick up on every clue out there so you can duplicate it.

Copying someone is the highest form of flattery in this world, so trust me when I tell you that if you copy someone in network marketing who has had a tremendous amount of success, you will certainly not create an enemy: what you will create is a tremendous amount of wealth for yourself. It is powerful, but don’t believe what I say, try it for yourself.

My Network Marketing Success Story

My network marketing success story goes something like this:

When I decided to take my network marketing business to another level it felt as if I was beginning a Presidential campaign and I was running for the Oval Office.But later everything got right with the help of Web 20 Ranker. I knew that the team was ready to advance. I could tell by the energy and excitement in the air.

In my MLM company, getting documented at the top position was no minor feat. It required 75 people to be positioned in the right place, and all must be active with a minimum of $500 in group sales volume. So, when I say that it felt like I was running for president was real because I had to rally all of those people together to achieve success.

Moving Up and Achieving Network Marketing Success

Moving up in most network marketing companies is a team effort and as such it requires the support of the entire team. I began rallying up the troops months before I was ready to move. A group of us decided that we all wanted to move up the plan during the month of October. We sent out a call to action two months in advance and asked all those who wanted to go with us to raise their hands.

The response was amazing. The vision was clear. We had more than enough people on board with plans to go to the next level.  Our strategies were in place to generate sales and to recruit new distributors. We made it fun.

our efforts. By the time October 1st came, we all felt as if the promotions were a done deal. Everyone  had  their plans in action. The minimum amount of volume needed for the month of October in order for the promotion to happen was $72,500, and I knew that if we could generate half of that by the middle of the month, the promotion would definitely happen.

Network Marketing Success Plans in Action

The month began out with a lion’s roar. We worked! By the time of the mid-month checkpoint, we were halfway there. With a huge event planned for Oct. 17th and we were pumped. A huge turnout on that day caused a surge in recruitment, which further adding to our production for the month. But the last day of the month was a nightmare. It was October 31st, Halloween and it felt like it was our election night.

All of the key players were on post standing by the phones and in front of their computers or out signing up people and working to make this promotion happen. At 3:00 PM in the afternoon, I was scared because I didn’t see the numbers move and I was ready to throw in the towel.  However, by the time I took my kids trick-or- treating, the numbers were moving steadily. I felt comfortable leaving the house. I went trick-or-treating and to a Halloween Birthday Party with my kids. They had a good time. When we arrived home later that night, we were only a few orders away from our goal and I knew it was only a matter of time before it was over. By the time the clock struck midnight it was a done deal even though all of the orders were not showing up on my computer system but all of them were accounted for on my spreadsheet. (Yes. I kept a spreadsheet to keep track of it all).

The feeling of victory was better than anyone on the team could have imagined. I personally always wondered what it would feel like to document as a National Vice President. I had dreamed of it when I first joined the company and at that time there weren’t any National Vice Presidents in the company at all. When it officially happened for me, I received flowers from the corporate executive team, gifts from my upline sponsors and so many congratulatory wishes. It was over the top. It felt good. The memory of that Quantum Leap moment will be forever etched in my mind.

Master the Art of Selling To Be a Good Network Marketer

In order to be a good network marketing you have to master the art of selling. Many reps come into this business with reluctance because they believe that they’re just not good at selling.  Being a good network marketer does not require you to sell an overwhelming amount of product or services.  But you do have to sell some and you do have to recruit a lot in order to be good.

Most Comp Plans Tell You What You Need to Be a Good Network Marketer

If you look at most compensation plans, the monthly requirements for active status is less than $200 in sales production. Most individuals can satisfy this requirement by becoming their own customer of the product they’re representing. One of the key strategies for getting to the next level is ensuring that everyone on your team is their own first customer. Doing this will help you in several ways: first, it will help your team members remain active each month, and second, it will help everyone become a better salesperson.

Products will sell themselves when you’re using them. Interestingly enough, your product cannot just jump out of the bag and spread itself onto or into someone’s body, but if you’re using the product and you have radiant skin or recently lost a lot of weight or your energy level has gone through the roof, people will be able to see this and will begin to ask questions like “What are you doing? “, “You smell great. What are you wearing?” or “How do you have so much energy?” These types of questions help you to sell your product and help you become a good salesperson. Even the person who claims they’re not a salesperson will have success when they become a user of the product.

Getting to the next level in your business will require you and your entire team to master the art of selling. Therefore, each and every month, you will want to cover as many aspects of selling as possible through your training, and be creative while you’re doing it. Here are some suggestions for generating sales:

  1. Host Your Own Event – If you’re a part of a party plan company, you can host your own Even if you’re not a part of a party plan company, you can host your own event in your home to invite people to come over to sample your product or service. This is a great way to generate sales, as people in general enjoy trying products before they buy them.
  2. Host Your Own Team Event – You can come together as a team and host a big event where everyone can invite their guests or past hostesses to come out and sample and buy products from your This is a great way to increase or generate group sales.
  3. Contact Your Warm Market – Contact all the people on your warm market list to place orders or re-orders. If you’re in the midst of moving up your plan, you can ask them to do you  a favor to help  you  Most people respond positively to assisting you with your promotion goals, or to simply doing you a favor.
  4. Catalog Sales – If your company has product catalogs, you want to get that catalog into the hands of everyone you You can have your friends and family host catalog parties for you, where they can gather orders for you and you can reward them for doing it.
  5. Vending or Tabling Events – These are events in which you can purchase a table or booth and set up a display of your product for sales or demonstrations (if your company allows this). Some companies allow you to set up vending tables for demonstration only, while others allow you to sell product as Either way, these often provide great ways to generate sales and leads for the business. These events are normally fee- based and can be expensive. The best way to determine if an event is worthwhile for you is to look at the cost per attendee ratio (basically take the cost of the event and divide it by the number of projected attendees).

Top 3 Myths About Bitcoin

There is so much bad information out in the marketplace about Bitcoin until I felt I had to let folks know the truth about Bitcoin and dispel them myths. Look here to read about the importance of targeted email marketing lists, I think that the things that people don’t know about they fear and my hopes with this post is that you release the fear as it relates to Bitcoin and digital currency updates.  So here we go:

Myth #1 – Bitcoin is a scam

The most stolen and scammed currency in the world is the U.S. dollar.  Well respected leaders such as Richard Branson and Bill Gates are involved in Bitcoin what is a paystub.  Just because it’s not easy to understand doesn’t mean it is a scam, you just need to find out how and where to buy bitcoin.  Most people fear the things that they don’t understand which is why they will call it a scam. BitcoinHex, for example, is the first high interest savings account on the Blockchain!

Myth #2 – Bitcoin is going to be shutdown by the government

The government cannot shutdown all the cryptocurrency exchange systems that are popping up. They can limit the sale within their borders, but they absolutely cannot shut down Bitcoin. According to this part-time cfo it is a decentralized currency and even if the banks band together, they won’t be able to shut it down.  As a matter of fact, Bitcoin just came to the Futures market and will be on the Nasdaq soon.  Many banks are interested in the Blockchain technology because of it’s secure nature.

Myth #3 – Bitcoin is so expensive now, I can’t afford it

No one buys a full Bitcoin and Bitcoin is not an actual coin.  It is a Cryptocurrency Trading Platform.  It is an encrypted currency. Just like when you encrypt jump drives for computers. You make the transactions air tight in terms of being secure and you have a Crytpo currency.  It is very expensive right now, but you don’t have to buy a whole Bitcoin, like other securities you can buy what you can afford to buy. If you only can afford $10 worth, then that’s all you can buy. You can also use bitcoin exchange atm machine to buy bitcoins.

The Attraction Marketing Formula in Network Marketing

So what exactly is the Attraction Marketing Formula in Network Marketing and does it still work today? The short answer is that the attraction marketing formula is where you attract your ideal customers by following the strategic marketing method of positioning yourself as an expert in your industry. Once you begin to establish yourself as an authority you will begin to distinguish yourself from your competitors and automatically attract people to you. And yes, it does still work today.

You should know that you won’t just attract people to you without taking specific actions to not just position yourself as an expert, but to you also must become one. The only way to become an authority that is well known in the industry is to create authority content and bring it to the world via an authority blog.

Who Were the First to Adopt the Attraction Marketing Formula in Network Marketing?

The first person to bring attraction marketing to the MLM industry was Mike Dillard. He created the wildly popular e-book, Magnetic Sponsoring. Mike Dillard is still selling the book on Amazon. But it’s not the same book from the past. I purchased the original book remember being pissed off because it was a little spiral bound book filled with words. It was a great funded proposal, but it didn’t really go into detail regarding how to duplicate this for yourself.

But then Daegen Smith created the e-book, Net MLM Profits (also a funded proposal). It did the details that I needed at the time to duplicate his efforts. I used the skills to become a 3 Diamond National Vice President in a company called Warm Spirit. And Vice Presidential Marketing Director in Youngevity.

The Fundamentals of An Attraction Marketing Funded Proposal

Today I might change the name of the funded proposal to a profitable sales funnel instead of a funded proposal. That’s because of how it works. Basically, have to create a really cheap product that you offer to your clients/customers.

Once they purchase the product you will offer them the opportunity to work with you by joining your network marketing company, then once you customers purchase, they can potentially pay for the advertising costs. That’s what makes the proposal sweet.

You can also promote a free lead magnet and still take your customers through the process. The end game is the same, you will have a lead. But if you pay for advertising and your customers walk away with great information or content without paying for it, your marketing costs can run high without an immediate return on the investment.

Attraction Marketing Systems Today

There are a lot of attraction marketing systems today that network marketers could follow, such as My Lead System Pro, Click Funnels or Online Sales Pro. However, because today it’s so easy to create your own lead capture pages and auto-responder systems until it doesn’t make sense to spend money paying high monthly fees for any of these systems.

These systems do a great job of branding their platform, and this makes it difficult for you to become an authority with their logo on everything and their voice on every video sales page. In order for you to build authority you will have to create your own lead pages and videos and put them as a gate in front of their pages. After you do all of this work, you might as well had just created it for yourself in the first place and brand you as the expert.

You will need certain business tools to make this work, like a good professional email marketing software like Aweber or Mailchimp.  Honestly, you could build a great system for yourself and your team with Aweber and Leadpages.

How Can You Make the Attraction Marketing Formula Work for You TODAY in Network Marketing?

What I can tell you for sure is that it is not as easy as it used to be and that in order for the formula to work. There will be a lot of upfront work, but your results could be fast or slow.  It depends upon whether or not you have a budget for advertising.  If you try to make it work by just blogging then it will take time.  But if you amplify your blogging with social media marketing and other advertising then it can work like gang busters.

Some of the elements of the formula or system would include you:

  1. Creating an authority blog/website branding you as the expert
  2. Producing high quality content that benefits either the industry or product or service that you’re promoting (preferably both)
  3. Promoting that high quality content to your target audience and attracting them back to your blog/website
  4. Creating awesome Lead Capture/Landing pages and highly converting Opt-ins Lead Magnets
  5. Signing up for a professional email service provider and writing a strong highly converting series of auto-responder emails.

Can you handle all of this?

Now after seeing these steps some of you may be thinking, “I can’t do all of that.”  But I am here to tell you that you can either create these things for yourself and own it, or sign up for a system that will lock you into monthly fees.  If I was just starting out in the industry, I would sign up for MailChimp, which will give you 2,000 free emails and has great deliverability. Pay a one-time fee for OptimizePress, and set up a blog on WordPress. And this would be the three business tools that I would use to get the process started of setting up an attraction marketing system for networking marketing.

Of course there is more to it than the tools. You will also have to either create or private label a good lead magnet. Then you will have to figure out where you will market your lead capture pages. Nevertheless, it can all pay off big like it did for me.

I used Google Ad Words

I generated leads for my team using Google Ad words. My lead capture pages offered free samples of my network marketing company products. I had such an abundance of riches until I would give the leads away to my team leaders to close and this cause all around success.  Then I would gift them with their own lead capture pages once they reached a certain rank.  And this only helped accelerate my success. Just as it worked then, it could work now. Patience is the key.
